We’re delighted that MicroLub has been Highly Commended in the Future of Food Competition 2026, following a judging process that brought together 31 industry experts to assess a record 241 entries.

The competition celebrates entrepreneurs developing solutions to the challenges and opportunities shaping the food industry’s future, connecting innovative businesses with buyers, manufacturers, investors and experts.

To receive recognition in its biggest field of entries yet is an encouraging milestone for the MicroLub team.

For us, this recognition is a welcome opportunity to introduce more people to MicroLub technology and the possibilities it offers for food and drink development.

Our focus remains on working with brands, manufacturers and ingredient partners to translate the science into practical products, with solutions tailored to each application’s technical and commercial requirements.

We’re particularly keen to connect with businesses looking to develop lower-fat or protein-boosted products and bring them to market.
